Configuration checklist

01

Define the measurement

Specify the medium, target parameters, measurement range, required accuracy, installation conditions and controller interface. Suitability must be checked against an approved datasheet.

02

Describe the installation

This page outlines project planning, not an installed customer case or a guaranteed outcome. Confirm product suitability, site conditions and the integration plan before procurement.

03

Confirm the integration

RS485 Modbus and LoRaWAN are integration options to discuss, not confirmed features of every product. Check protocol, power supply and network compatibility for the selected model.

Frequently asked questions

How do I choose a suitable sensor?

Specify the medium, target parameters, measurement range, required accuracy, installation conditions and controller interface. Suitability must be checked against an approved datasheet.

Are all communication options standard?

No. Interfaces, power supplies and accessories depend on the confirmed model. Request a written configuration identifying standard and optional items before ordering.

Can I submit an enquiry now?

You can prepare and download an enquiry draft. Mailbox, online submission and WhatsApp are pending configuration; delivery has not been tested.

Choosing sensors for smart agriculture

Plan measurements around the crop, growing environment and decisions your team needs to make.

01

Soil moisture and root-zone conditions

A soil moisture sensor helps monitor changing conditions near the roots. Consider representative locations, installation depth, soil type and calibration. A multi-parameter soil sensor may also measure temperature, conductivity or pH depending on its configuration.

02

Greenhouse temperature, humidity and CO₂

Temperature and humidity sensors and carbon dioxide sensors support a clearer view of greenhouse conditions. Position probes where measurements represent the crop, and confirm the measurement range and output signal for the selected model.

03

Integration and maintenance

For farms and livestock facilities, consider power, cable runs, cleaning access and any ammonia measurement requirements. Confirm the controller interface and whether RS485 Modbus or another option is available for each model.
